Xisca Sureda

My research lines have been focused on the evaluation of the impact of tobacco smoke free policies on people attitudes and behavioral changes, smoking patterns and second-hand smoke exposure.

My work focuses in the evaluation of the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions, no commercial drugs and validity and qualitative studies within the primary health care setting. I am very interested in translational research, evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions aimed to vulnerable groups and maximizing the use of electronic medical records.

Ignacio de Loyola González

I am graduated in Sociology and I hold a master in Demography. I am doing a phD in Social Science and working as a researcher in training in the HHH Qualitative project with a FPI scholarship granted by the Science, Innovation and Universities Ministry. My research interests are focused on sociology of health, qualitative methods and demography. My ongoing research focuses on perceptions of tobacco and alcohol consumption in three neighbourhoods from Madrid with different socioeconomic status.
